INVESTMENT PLATFORM INQUIRIES

A balance on screen
is not money returned.

Tell us what happened and what records you still have. We can discuss whether an initial review is appropriate. No recovery outcome can be promised.

Common warning signs

A platform may show profits but delay withdrawals, demand a new “tax” or “verification” payment, or stop responding. A displayed balance is not proof the funds are available.

We accept initial inquiries about these circumstances. Keep the platform URL, account statements, payment records and dated messages.

What to keep before you contact us

Save payment confirmations, transaction IDs, website addresses, account names and dated conversations. Keep original files where possible.

Never send a wallet seed phrase, private key, password or one-time code. Do not pay anyone who says a transfer must be made to “unlock” recovered funds.

What happens next

1. Tell us the basics

Share the type of incident, approximate date, payment method and a short summary. An initial consultation is free.

2. Review what is available

We discuss the records you have and explain whether a more detailed review may be useful.

3. Decide with clear terms

Before any paid work, you should receive the proposed scope, provider, fee basis and limits in writing. You decide whether to proceed.

An honest limit

A review cannot guarantee that money can be recovered, that an account can be frozen or that another party will cooperate. Possible next steps depend on the facts, available records and the relevant payment provider or authorities.

AnchorAid is an independent investigations and evidence-support company, not a law firm. Its partner, Clearhaven Law PLLC, may handle scam-related legal work if the firm separately accepts the matter. An inquiry to AnchorAid does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Start with what you know.

Send a short summary and the payment method. The first consultation is free. No recovery outcome is guaranteed, and you should never send passwords or wallet keys.
