Initial inquiries
A message may include your name, contact details, a case summary and any records you choose to send. Start with a brief summary and ask how sensitive documents should be shared.
Never send passwords, one-time codes, private keys or wallet seed phrases.
Website tools and outside services
The site includes Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity for site measurement, and WhatsApp for contact. Those providers may process technical or communication information under their own policies.
The details you share in an inquiry are used to respond to you and discuss possible next steps. If another provider may need to review case information, we will explain what would be shared before you decide whether to continue.
Questions about your information
If you have a question about information you sent, or wish to request access, correction or deletion, contact us using the WhatsApp button on this site. Include enough detail to identify the inquiry, but do not resend sensitive records unnecessarily.
Start with what you know.
Send a short summary and the payment method. The first consultation is free. No recovery outcome is guaranteed, and you should never send passwords or wallet keys.
