The initial consultation is free. If further work is proposed, we will explain its scope, what you would receive, the fee basis and any known additional costs before you decide.
No paid work begins solely because you send an inquiry. Any agreed work and payment terms should be confirmed in writing.

Banks, platforms, exchanges and authorities make their own decisions. AnchorAid cannot control their actions or guarantee any result.
We do not promise that a report, complaint or case review will lead to a refund, account freeze or other action by a third party.
